Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Dental Solutions Sales Specialist for the Midwest to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across multiple states. This field-based role requires travel and collaboration with district teammates to achieve sales goals and promote comprehensive dental solutions.

Responsibilities include educating the field team, delivering value to dentists, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while growing the district's profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of dental/medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Must possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the district and grow Dental Solutions Sales Specialist within the assigned territory.
• Educate and partner with the Benco Sales Team to understand and promote offerings and drive practice profitability.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead sales activities with customers and collaborate with territory reps and Equipment Specialists to uncover opportunities.
