Mattr is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support Xerxes sales by managing opportunities from inquiry through quotation, ensuring customer needs and project requirements are understood. This role is fully remote in the United States, aligned to the Eastern time zone, with heavier onboarding travel.

You'll review RFQs, coordinate cost analyses, work with engineering resources, and help maintain a strong opportunity and quotation pipeline, while delivering timely, accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years in inside sales or related role (sales support, estimating, or customer service).
• Experience or exposure to construction, civil engineering, or project-based work is a plus.
• Ability to review blueprints, specifications, RFQs, and project requirements to support accurate quotations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accurate project takeoffs and review bid information and RFQs.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to review requirements, costs, pricing, and margins.
• Coordinate with third-party engineers and internal teams to ensure technical standards.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities, track statuses, and refresh the pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact for inbound inquiries and updates.
