CRC Benefits is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Representative to back our Sales team in managing proposals and related tasks. This remote role emphasizes end-to-end RFP coordination, data-driven rate analysis in Excel, and collaboration with carrier partners to secure quotes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in proposal development or sales support, with strong Excel, Salesforce, and communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a proposal development, quoting, or sales support role (required)
• Experience in the group insurance or employee benefits industry (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end RFP process with timely, accurate proposals.
• Use quoting platforms to pull rates and format data into professional proposals.
• Work with carrier partners to request and secure underwritten quotes.
• Create and maintain proposal documents aligned with branding and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor content to client needs.
• Support sales operations with admin tasks and Salesforce data management.
