Qualifikationen

• Fluent English is required; German or French is a plus.
• At least 1 year in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to handle non-standard situations and adapt quickly.

• A home workspace with stable internet and conference-call capability.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process customer requests; draft technical and commercial proposals with technologists; prepare documents.
• Send requests for quotation to partners, obtain offers, and draft customer offers.
• Resolve non-standard situations beyond the standard script.
• Systematize work and assist in automating preliminary assessments of client requests.
• Work daily with CRM, Slack, Zoom, and cloud documents.
• Communicate with colleagues across countries and teams.
• Contribute to a fast-growing, dynamic business environment.
