Outgoing, motivated, with at least 2 years of sales experience (preferably inside sales), positive personality, and experience with a fast sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 70-80 dynamic sales calls daily with potential and previous clients
• Evaluate, interview, and enroll new clients via consultative sales
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas and KPIs
• Manage client experience through matching and feedback
• Collaborate with Client Advisors providing concierge-level service

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including phone or door-to-door sales
• Comfortable in remote and in-office environments
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling
• Motivated by commission, aiming for six-figure income

Preferred Experience

• Experience with 1-call close and quick sales cycles
• Sales experience with luxury or intangible products (e.g., high-end retail, travel, dating services)

Compensation & Benefits

First-year earnings range from $70K to $120K, including base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, 401K, and PTO.

Schedule & Remote Work

Flexible schedule, minimum 40 hours/week, with options for remote or in-office work. Remote environments require high-speed internet and a suitable workspace.
