Qualifications

• 2-3 years with outreach platforms (SmartLeads, Clay, or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through cold email outreach and CRM-driven lead generation.
• Execute outbound campaigns and hit your TOFU targets.
• Manage email performance, lead quality, and CRM data integrity.
• Report on open rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
• Identify and flag sales opportunities for the operations team.
