Foundr Magazine India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking ambitious Sales Setters to connect with warm leads and schedule appointments for coaching programs.

This fully remote role offers a fast-paced, high-energy environment with high-quality leads from Foundr's entrepreneur community. You will qualify inbound/outbound leads, arrange high-quality appointments for closers, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive.
Organized with attention to detail to manage leads efficiently.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Responsabilités

Qualify inbound and outbound warm leads, identifying potential clients for our coaching program.
Schedule high-quality sales appointments, ensuring seamless handovers to our closers.
Engage in tailored conversations to highlight the value of our programs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to improve performance.
