Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with inbound leads and existing house accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and product information.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with outside sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
