dormakaba is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative in the North Central U.S. to develop profitable sales growth of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated hospitality solutions, from lead generation to closing.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus a generous Sales Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits. This position is remote with approximately 10% travel and requires 3+ years in complex selling and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in complex selling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline and forecast revenue through the sales funnel.
• Attend industry events and present dormakaba’s Hospitality solutions.
• Help develop sales and marketing strategies for hospitality solutions.
• Suggest new product ideas based on customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed territory sales budget.
