dormakaba is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative for the Northeast U.S. region. The role focuses on closing inside sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems, and integrated hospitality solutions, from lead generation through to closing.

The position offers a base salary range of $60,000–$65,000 plus a generous sales incentive plan and a competitive benefits package. Travel about 10% is expected, with opportunities for career growth across a global access solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in complex selling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline and forecast revenue in the assigned territory.
• Attend industry meetings, deliver presentations, and demo products for clients.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategies for hospitality solutions.
• Provide product feedback for new ideas or features.
• Meet or exceed territory sales budget as set by Inside Sales Manager.
