ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new revenue and manage accounts in the Central US region, with remote work options. You will focus on electronic access control for student housing and multifamily markets, covering cities near major airports and traveling up to 50% of the time.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and a proven track record in technology sales with C-level to frontline client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling technology in student housing or multifamily.
• Experience working with C-level to front-line managers.
• Background in electronic locks and access controls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, propose, and close sales in the geographic territory assigned.
• Provide reports, sales projections, and CRM records.
• Grow territory sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Create quarterly and annual action plans based on opportunities identified.
• Actively support sales and technical training needs of existing customers.
• Maintain proficiency on all sales and product technologies.
