Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a fully remote Partner Inside Sales Representative in the US. You will work with the Outside Sales team to drive outreach, build relationships with educators, and grow new and recurring business from virtual meetings and calls.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with EC–K–5 education. This role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive remote work environment.

Qualifications

• High volume outbound sales experience required.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels (teachers, administrators, directors).
• Experience in EC and K–5 education sector is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive site-based outreach and market penetration with Outside Sales team members.
• Build strong internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Secure new and repeat business via virtual appointments and outbound calls.
• Meet or exceed activity requirements regularly.
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Host virtual product presentations showcasing Complete Classrooms and services.
• Research local, state and national funding opportunities in early learning and elementary education.
• Collaborate with outside sales, retail and professional services to support educators.
