Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist for the Florida Gulf region (Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota, Naples).

This inside-sales role focuses on building long-term relationships with veterinary practices, driving sales, and delivering tailored content remotely using CVS selling, CRM tools, and multi-channel outreach. You will partner with sales districts, manage leads, and execute strategies to achieve targets while expanding knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED required or equivalent experience.
• CVS aptitude and ability to use digital tools including CRM and MS Teams.
• Prefer BS/BA or RVT where eligible but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key veterinary practices to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Partner with assigned sales districts to create business plans and nurture leads for targeted accounts.
• Use a multi-channel approach to remotely engage customers with customized content via CRM tools.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio and lead new launches and initiatives.
