Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Customer Development Specialist for the Great Lakes region (Michigan) who will drive inside sales to veterinary practices. You will use CVS selling, multi-channel outreach, and CRM tools to maximize sales and strengthen relationships.

You will collaborate with districts, manage content-driven campaigns, and maintain product expertise to support launches and brand initiatives while working remotely within the Great Lakes area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inside sales or animal health industry preferred.
• CVS aptitude and digital tools proficiency required (CRM, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with veterinary practices to meet sales targets.
• Partner with sales districts to create plans and nurture leads in targeted accounts.
• Use CVS selling and digital tools to engage customers with content and offers.
