Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Customer Development Specialist for the Florida Atlantic region (Jacksonville, Orlando, Savannah, GA). You will drive inside sales within the US Sales Group for Pet Health, building relationships with veterinary practices and using our CVS selling model to hit targets.

You will use multi-channel engagement, CRM tools (Salesforce/Veeva), and digital content to grow accounts while staying current on Elanco’s product portfolio and launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key veterinary practices to drive sales targets.
• Partner with assigned sales districts to create business plans, nurture leads, and execute strategies in targeted accounts for growth.
• Leverage a multi-channel approach to remotely engage specific customers with customized content and offers via Veeva CRM.
• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Elanco’s product portfolio to effectively lead new product launches and brand initiatives.
• Execute all sales objectives and key sales metrics to ensure territory success and customer satisfaction.
