Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• 3+ years in sales support, inside sales, or sales operations in semiconductor/high-tech.
• Familiarity with high-touch technical sales and distribution models.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing shifts.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.
• Fluent in English; local language of assigned region.
• FPGA sales process understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with field sales, focusing on procurement and planning personnel.
• Provide back-office support for account teams: design registration review, pricing/quote requests, and process documentation.
• Work with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and inquiries; ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage escalations on orders through distributors with centralized Sales Service coordination.
• Coordinate sample requests and NPI support between field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.
• Collect, enter, and analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated forecast.
• Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in CRM.
• Ensure correct distributor margin on opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on contracts, pricing, and compliance.
