Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Senior Inside Sales professional in Diamond Bar, CA, to partner with internal teams and customers to fulfill sales demands. You will generate reports, analyze data, process orders, and monitor inventory while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

In this role you will collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely customer communications. A strong Excel and Oracle ERP background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education/experience.
• 3–5 years in B2B inside sales, sales support, or similar.
• Experience supporting customer accounts, quotations, orders, inventory and delivery follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, order status, pricing, quotes, and product availability.
• Process sales orders, changes, credits, and new customer accounts.
• Support Sales by following up on inquiries, quotes, and opportunities.
• Coordinate shipments with Logistics, Warehouse, and freight forwarders for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor customer demand, order status, and delivery schedules and inform Sales of updates.
