Job summary

UCT in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support and inside sales for strategic accounts, coordinating quotes, orders, and production, and driving on-time delivery.

The role serves as liaison between customers and internal teams; requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, samples, technical support, and order status.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution.
• Follow procedures to generate accurate and profitable quotes and sample responses.
• Proactively follow up on business opportunities and provide weekly status updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
• Support achievement of monthly and quarterly booking goals through order closure.
• Attend production meetings and provide customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and drive orders through production to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
