Job summary

Teleport Transportation LLC in Florida is seeking an inside sales rep/moving consultant to join our team. The role is office-based Monday–Friday with some flexibility for earlier hours or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities include generating sales from leads, handling inbound/outbound calls, and upselling services like packing and storage. You will work with marketing and dispatch and maintain CRM data daily.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience (moving industry preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken communication at all times.
• Strong work ethic with attendance, attitude, and team spirit.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by identifying, responding to and following up on leads across online platforms.
• Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls as needed.
• Respond to sales emails and texts and describe our moving services.
• Upsell packing, storage, junk removal, and related services.
• Build relationships with local realtors and join affiliate networks.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and discounts.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and capacity.
• Enter customer data into CRM and produce weekly sales reports.

We are a fast-growing moving company seeking inside sales rep/moving consultant to join our team!

We are looking for somebody that can work in the office Monday -Friday (11pm - 6pm) with some flexibility for earlier hours or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Generating sales by identifying, responding and following up on leads on various online service platforms that we are using.
• Answering sales related inbound phone calls as needed.
• Making sales related outbound phone calls as needed.
• Responding to sales related emails and text messages as needed.
• Explaining and describing prospective customers our exceptional service and moving process from the beginning to the end.
• Up-selling goods and services such as packing, storage, junk removal, ect.
• Working on establishing relationships with local realtors, with a goal to be added to their preferred vendor list for all their move-in/move-out customers. Offering them to join our affiliate program.
• Work closely with the marketing team to stay up to date with current and future marketing campaigns, specials, discount codes ect.
• Working closely with the dispatch to ensure scheduling times, crew capacity and truck capacity is optimized.
• Input data and customer information into the CRM software and generate sales reports on a weekly basis.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, moving industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills - you have to be able to speak and write professionally and grammatically correct at all times.
