Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Inside Sales Manager based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will build and scale a high-performing sales operation focused on SMBs and partnerships, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing while coaching a growing team.

You will define outbound strategies, develop a repeatable process, engage executive decision-makers, and collaborate with customer success to drive recurring revenue and minimize churn.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales or business development.
• Leadership experience 2-3 years mentoring or coaching sales team members.
• Full-cycle sales expertise from cold outreach to contract execution.
• Outbound sales development and building outbound prospecting strategies.
• Consultative selling with discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for virtual product demonstrations.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM and forecasting/reporting in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across SMB accounts and partner programs.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build repeatable outbound sequences across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Engage SMB executives to demonstrate value of solutions.
• Create and maintain a sales playbook and outreach scripts.
• Coach and develop BDRs and SDRs with weekly reviews.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and deliver reliable forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to minimize churn.
