Jobgether is seeking a Head of Sales to build and scale a high-performing B2B sales team in a fully remote setup. You will own the sales strategy, lead setters and closers, and manage the entire pipeline from outreach to close, reporting directly to the founder.

You’ll shape scalable processes, recruit and coach talent, and drive revenue growth in a performance-driven environment with clear progression into senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally within an agency or service-based business.
• Previous leadership experience building and motivating a sales team.
• Strong closing skills and hands-on involvement in deals.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team of setters and closers.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from outreach to deal closure.
• Develop and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach sales professionals to boost performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle length.
• Collaborate with the founder to define and execute growth strategy.
