Job summary

DEXIS is seeking an Inside Sales Manager, Equipment to lead the day-to-day operations of a remote Inside Sales team driving small equipment sales. You will partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Territory Sales Managers and Digital Solution Specialists to accelerate equipment sales and build efficient processes within the team.

You will manage KPIs, coach staff, and ensure attainment of revenue, bookings and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in a sales leadership role; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing quota-carrying inside sales reps in high-volume outbound sales.
• Able to inspire and lead the team through transformational change.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams.
• Strong track record of driving sales results through a team of direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage key performance indicators through daily management to achieve sales objectives.
• Coach and develop team through goal setting and performance evaluations.
• Attain revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets for the Inside Sales Equipment team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Outside Sales, Pre-Sales and other teams to qualify and close leads.
• Remove obstacles and build skills to improve sales effectiveness.
• Conduct regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback sessions.
• Create CRM processes to forecast results and drive efficiency.
• Analyze funnel performance and sales productivity trends to identify opportunities.
