Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, sales, or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of inside sales processes and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in industrial automation or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the inside sales team in the remote office.
• Implement best practices, improve workflows, and enhance efficiency within the inside sales function.
• Ensure inside sales teams provide exceptional support to field sales teams and customers, driving engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales manager and teams to optimize sales strategies and streamline lead generation.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective use of TopVIS (CRM system) and other sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and customer interactions.
• Lead Remote Office: management of fleet cars; demo and training unit inventory; office supplies; work with Facilities Manager in Mason to support office functionality.
