LaunchPad Home Group is seeking a remote Inside Sales Manager to lead and coach a distributed team of Inside Sales Representatives across the Southwest and Northwest regions, focusing on referral partnerships with real estate agents and growth in home inspection sales.

The role emphasizes building a high-performance sales culture, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with Outside Sales to convert opportunities and expand brand presence while maintaining accountability in a fast-moving remote

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in sales leadership or outbound sales team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives covering the Southwest and Northwest markets.
• Track and improve KPIs such as call volume, appointment setting, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members so they ramp up quickly and contribute to growth.
• Manage regional markets and lead remote training sessions and performance reviews.
• Build accountability and ongoing improvement through regular one-on-one coaching and team sessions.
• Partner with Outside Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on field opportunities.
• Work with the Director of Sales to roll out initiatives that grow agent relationships and brand presence.
• Monitor CRM usage and keep lead, pipeline, and follow-up data accurate.
• Lead weekly team meetings and take an active role in sales planning.
