Job summary

LaunchPad Home Group is seeking a Client Care Sales Virtual Assistant to manage sales calls, provide quotes, book inspections, and upsell ancillary services. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will build trust, foster relationships, and present our home inspection solutions with clear guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)
• Proficient phone skills and professional client engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication with active listening
• Adaptability to changing processes and tech
• Problem-solving and client concern resolution
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems
• Attention to detail and information accuracy
• Experience working remotely and in distributed teams is a plus
• Proficiency with computers, devices, and customer service software

• Ability to follow policies and maintain a quiet work environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales-related calls to book inspections and provide prompt assistance
• Provide quotes, schedule inspections, and respond to inquiries from emails or texts
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on unscheduled orders to increase bookings
• Educate clients and real estate agents on services and inspection options
• Actively upsell ancillary services to enhance inspections
• Assist with non-sales inquiries by phone and other channels
• Check voicemails and emails for urgent issues and schedules as directed
• Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management
