LaunchPad Home Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Growth Team. This remote role focuses on building relationships with real estate agents and converting them into home inspection referrals.

You will generate new business by phone and email, maintain partnerships, and support the Outside Sales team with meetings and presentations.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication skills, comfortable with remote collaboration, and able to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Experience working with a remote, distributed team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with real estate agents through phone calls and electronic communication.
• Identify and work through obstacles that get in the way of a sale.
• Drive new business and home inspection referrals through agent relationships.
• Schedule and confirm in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices for our Outside Sales team.
• Maintain strong existing partnerships through consistent, professional follow-up.
• Attend weekly team meetings and support fellow team members as needed.
