Job summary

StartVirtual.com is a US-based fast‑growing professional services firm delivering outsourced back office, bookkeeping, and tax services to small and mid‑sized businesses. This role will build and lead a remote inside sales team from the ground up, designing systematic outbound processes to drive new leads, appointments, and sales for our bookkeeping and tax services.

You will design campaigns, set weekly targets, and ensure predictable performance as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building high‑performance inside sales teams from scratch.
• Designing outbound cold calling and cold email campaigns.
• Deep familiarity with list building, list providers, and outbound data practices.
• Strong mastery of dialing systems, sequences, scripts, and KPI management.
• Experience setting and managing key performance metrics and solving gaps.
• Prior success in inside sales for Bookkeeping, Tax, or Payroll services.
• Ability to present an actionable 30/60/90 day sales plan based on past results.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead Inside Sales Team: Recruit, hire, train, manage, optimize remote reps to create a high‑performing team.
• Design Outbound Sales Strategy & Campaigns: Develop cold call/email sequences, scripts, cadences, and messaging.
• Drive Performance & Predictability: Achieve weekly/monthly goals for leads, appointments, and conversion rates.
• Optimize Sales Operations & KPIs: Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
