Job summary

The role reports to the Sales Manager and is exempt under the FLSA, with a base salary range of $42,000–$60,000 plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can exceed $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inside sales experience with proven success achieving sales goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and with others, proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone, email, video).
• Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities, and conduct discovery to identify business needs.
• Present AIS products via virtual demonstrations and prepare quotations and proposals within guidelines; negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Sales Ops, Service, Logistics, Finance, and other departments.
• Build lasting customer relationships before, during, and after the sale while safeguarding confidential information.
