Amphenol Cable and Interconnect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Inside Account Rep (Finance) to manage complex customer accounts and own customer execution, orders, and quotes.
The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery, with focus on risk identification and proactive mitigation. You will maintain account performance data, communicate impacts to customers, and drive improvements in responsiveness and service levels.

The Senior Inside Account Representative is responsible for managing complex customer accounts and serving as the primary operational owner for customer execution and issue resolution. In addition to performing order and quote management activities, the Sr. Inside Account Representative proactively identifies risks, coordinates cross-functional solutions, leads escalations, and drives successful customer outcomes through advanced technical, operational, and business knowledge.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or GED. Prefer an associate degree. Four (4) years' work experience in business-to-business work environment preferred in a manufacturing environment. Two (2) years of experience managing large account portfolios preferred. Experience in the aerospace, military, and defense industry, or cable assembly business preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods working on a computer. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical risks involved. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.

ASTM F-2412-2005, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z41-1991 rated safety toe shoes in specific areas. Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses in specific areas. Hearing protection, in specific locations. Ability to compile with JSA in specific areas.
This position includes access or potential access to ITAR and/or EAR technical data. Therefore, candidates will need to qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, or a Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
