Job summary

Amphenol Critical Medical Technologies seeks an Inside Sales liaison to connect customers with operations, ensuring professional representation and service quality. The role focuses on processing orders, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships across a remote US Midwest footprint.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in inside sales, 2-5 years in customer service, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales role.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience with quotation prep, order entry, contract review, expediting orders and updating order status.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner of demand management.
• Process sales orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Product Managers to develop new opportunities.
• Enter customer complaints in Windchill and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
