GimmeBirds is hiring an Inside Sales contributor to remotely engage golf course decision makers, convert sample kit conversations into Trial Orders, and close deals with strong follow-up. You’ll join a small, fast-growing team, reporting to the CEO and Sales Lead, with opportunities to shape how the team operates as it scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or SDR/BDR roles is a big plus.
• Ability to track interactions and outcomes in CRM and follow up diligently.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to F&B decision makers at golf courses (GM, managers, golf pros).
• Convert conversations into Trial Orders and close deals.
• Persistently follow up until a clear yes/no is obtained.
• Log every call, contact, and next step in the CRM.
• Hand off new accounts to ensure smooth reorders and upsell opportunities.
• Share feedback from calls to improve the pitch and sample kits.
