Job summary

PAYNTR Golf is seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to expand our Green Grass retail footprint and grow existing accounts. This role combines proactive outbound outreach with effective account management to drive sell-through at the retail level.

Base Salary + Commission, W-2 with health insurance and a 401(k) with company match after one year. Remote (U.S. Eastern Time Zone preferred) with potential for significant earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, wholesale, or account management (golf or sporting goods preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially over phone and email
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Passion for golf and/or performance footwear is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new wholesale accounts through cold outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings)
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective retail partners (green grass, specialty retail, and key accounts)
• Clearly communicate the Payntr Golf brand, product line, and value proposition
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound wholesale inquiries
• Qualify leads and convert them into active accounts
• Guide prospective partners through onboarding and initial order placement
• Set up new accounts, including credit applications, order entry, and product education
• Ensure accounts are positioned with the right assortment and tools for success
• Drive both pre-book (future orders) and at-once (immediate orders) business
• Maintain consistent communication with accounts to support reorders and seasonal planning
• Help accounts improve sell-through through product knowledge and merchandising guidance
• Share insights on customer feedback, product performance, and competitive activity
• Maintain organized records of sales activity, outreach, and account status
