Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Appointment Specialist for a remote contract role. You will proactively contact existing clients to update records, schedule relationship review meetings, and share event details, supporting the Sales team with accurate client data.

The position requires basic computer skills, experience with Salesforce CRM, and strong verbal communication. Typical hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM and business applications.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with existing clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 1+ year of outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience maintaining and updating client or account information within a CRM.
• Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating meetings for Sales professionals.
• Previous experience in a client-facing financial services, payments, technology, or business services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing clients to verify and update client contact, company, and relationship information.
• Schedule relationship review appointments between clients and assigned Sales team members.
• Provide clients with information regarding the annual conference, including event awareness and participation details.
• Accurately document client interactions, updated information, call outcomes, and scheduled appointments in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain and manage assigned client outreach lists, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
• Build rapport with clients through professional, consultative conversations and identify opportunities for additional Sales team follow-up.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, to manage outreach, track activities, communicate internally, and maintain accurate records.
• Effectively prioritize daily calling activity and assigned outreach campaigns to meet productivity, appointment-setting, data-quality, and client-engagement goals.
• Partner closely with Sales team members to ensure appointments and client information are accurately communicated and documented.
