HD Supply’s USABlueBook division seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage an established book of business, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive growth. You will contact customers by phone and email to understand needs and own your portfolio.

The role offers a remote schedule with a 6am/6:30am CT shift, competitive hourly base rate plus incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and time off. B2B CRM experience and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2–5 years in a sales-support role.
• Experience with B2B sales or customer-facing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
• Facilitates the sales process through project management and order tracking.
• Supports customer service and ensures timely responses to quotes and orders.
• Generates profitable growth through quota attainment.
• Provides pricing using pricing matrix and internal resources.
• Performs estimates, take-offs, and proposal duties as needed.
