Job summary
Cox Enterprises seeks an Inside Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue within a multi-state territory (FL, AL, MS, and part of TN) from a remote setting. You will consultatively guide automotive dealers to bundle Xtime products, determine needs, and close value-driven solutions.
Applicants should bring a track record in software or automotive sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to forecast and plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Experience in automotive software sales or dealership software packages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Share a territory goal and collaborate with Outside Regional Sales Managers to coordinate prospects and upsell opportunities.
- Use the Challenger-based selling approach to close complex sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in Salesforce and forecast appropriately.
- Prepare sales plans and product packages for customers to drive revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision makers including Sr. management and dealership owners.
