Job summary

The Partner Company is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. This full-time remote role handles both personal and commercial property claims, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income, with a focus on responsive, customer-friendly service.

You will work with independent adjusters and preferred contractors to ensure accurate, timely settlements, while meeting established procedures and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent within insurance.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiar with personal and commercial property products, coverage, and procedures.
• Ability to investigate, assess damages, and reach settlements with sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional network.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims, including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and internal channels.
• Coordinate external claims support with contractors and independent adjusters.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established claims procedures for coverage verification, investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity: close 70 claim elements per month (85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe claims operations across the service territory, including travel when required.
• Collaborate with agents, sales representatives, underwriting, marketing, and other stakeholders.
