Jobgether is seeking an experienced Inside Property Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will investigate, negotiate, and settle both personal and commercial property claims, coordinating with independent adjusters and contractors to deliver timely resolutions.

You must manage a steady workload, maintain licensing within six months, and contribute to catastrophe response when required.

Qualifications

• Inside property claims experience in insurance required.
• Bachelor's degree in insurance or business preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and contractors.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and contractors.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Meet productivity targets (70 claims/month or 85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe response when needed.
