Job summary

AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist (Remote) to drive high-volume outbound enrollments with a structured sales process. You will educate members on Life and Health options, deliver compelling phone presentations, and manage a personal sales pipeline in Salesforce.

The role features hourly base pay plus performance bonuses, with typical first-year earnings in the $50k–$60k range and top performers earning $100k+.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound sales or call center experience is required.
• Life and Health license preferred; willing to obtain/licensure within onboarding timeframe.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day using company-provided lead lists.
• Dial, speak with members, and follow up to enroll in coverage.
• Deliver scripted and consultative sales presentations over the phone.
• Educate members on Life and Health insurance options and enroll them.
• Document activity in Salesforce and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly performance goals.
