Job summary

AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist (W2, Remote) for a full-time position. In this role, you will primarily make outbound calls to engage and educate members on health insurance options. You'll enjoy a structured environment where your sales performance directly impacts your earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume outbound sales or call center role.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls throughout the day.
• Technical proficiency with CRM tools, Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 150 or more outbound calls per day using company-provided lead lists.
• Educate members on supplemental Life and Health insurance products and complete enrollments.
• Document all activity in Salesforce and manage a personal sales pipeline.
