AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to engage with members and enroll them in Life and Supplemental Health insurance. This remote position requires making at least 150 outbound calls daily, managing follow-ups, and documenting all activities in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate should have a preferred active Life and Health license and strong sales experience, thriving in a structured and metrics-driven environment. Compensation includes an hourly base and performance bonuses, with first-year earnings between $50,000 to $60,000.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume outbound sales or call center role.
• Comfort with frequent outbound calling and structured work.
