Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking motivated Inside Sales Insurance Agents in Rhode Island for a fully remote role. You will receive paid training, licensing support, and a $1500 sign-on bonus.

Primary duties include selling auto and homeowners insurance to AAA members via phone and online, with outbound calls and personalized quotes. Training runs M-F 8:30am-5pm for 4–6 months; afterward, schedule is 11:30am-8:00pm four weekdays and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Sell auto and homeowners insurance to AAA members via phone and online.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote insurance products.
• Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Cross-sell AAA memberships and services.
