Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered).
• Life license within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto and homeowners insurance and other personal lines to AAA members by phone and online.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote insurance products and provide quotes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in our CRM.
• Cross-sell AAA memberships and other services.
