Qualifications

• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast).
• Life License within 1 year preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto and homeowners insurance to AAA members via phone and online.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members.
• Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Cross-sell AAA memberships and other services.
