Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered).
• Life License within 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance retention and portfolio transitions.
• Contact policyholders regarding reviews, renewals, and discounts.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to preserve business.
• Sell auto and homeowners insurance to AAA members via phone and online.
