Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking motivated Inside Sales Insurance Agents to work remotely from Rhode Island. You will handle outbound calls, present personalized auto and homeowners coverage, and manage client interactions in CRM.

Paid training and license support are provided, with a sign-on bonus and growth opportunities. Candidates should have 2+ years in sales or customer service, with outbound or cold-calling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience required; insurance sales experience preferred.
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered).
• Life License within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products.
• Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes; maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and QA to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services.
