Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or client services.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the Industrial Solutions sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across operating departments and management levels.
• Develop new business and forge relationships with cross-functional teams at potential customers.
• Sell additional products and services to increase customer penetration.
• Coordinate with sales operations to prepare formal quotations and pricing.
• Engage with customers on credit, shipping terms, and contract negotiations.
• Use Salesforce CRM to capture opportunities and communicate state to colleagues.
