Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our sales team and focus on driving growth with existing and new customers for our Industrial Solutions sector. You will be a key point person to sustain relationships and identify opportunities across customer divisions.

Base compensation is $70,000 - $100,000 depending upon education and experience. Salaries reflect candidate skills, experience, and market considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services creating quotes and proposals for a manufacturing company.
• Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States.
• Boyd Thermal by Eaton will not provide immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the Industrial Solutions sector.
• Work directly with customers to support and manage business growth by developing strong relationships with operating departments and various management levels.
• Develop new business and forge new relationships with cross-functional organizations at potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies for increased customer penetration by selling additional products and services to all customer divisions.
• Set strategic goals and tactical plans to achieve growth in a high reward environment.
• Directly engage at customer locations to win incremental business through active business development.
• Engage with customers on all commercial topics including credit and shipping terms, legal requirements, payments, etc.
• Utilizes Salesforce CRM daily to capture opportunities, customer business intelligence, wins and losses.
