Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team in a remote, home-office-based role. You will work with California-based customers to develop integrated thermal management solutions, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

You will lead account strategies, conduct regular customer visits, and collaborate with engineering and procurement to define product requirements and support solution development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Experience with engineering or procurement collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets established by Sales Leadership.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities across customer organizations.
• Understand customer markets, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to forecast growth.
• Create and execute account strategies to increase penetration and sales of Boyd Thermal by Eaton products.
• Define strategic goals and tactical plans to support sustained growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities to build relationships.
