SolutionHealth is seeking a Hospital Inpatient Coder in a remote role supporting our Revenue Integrity team. You will assign ICD-10 and DRG codes for inpatient services while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements.

Applicants should have 2+ years of medical coding experience and hold CCS or HIC certifications. The role offers full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of medical coding experience.
• Current CCS or HIC Certification is required.
• Experience with coding audits and payer denials/appeals.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assign ICD-10 and DRG codes for hospital inpatient services.
• Review notes and operative reports to ensure compliant coding and optimum reimbursement.
• Maintain a minimum 95% coding accuracy through QA participation and audits.
