Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient records and assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
• Assign ICD-10-PCS procedure codes accurately according to guidelines.
• Determine MS-DRG/APR-DRG groupings and ensure proper reimbursements.
• Maintain compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.
